Payment
Payment should be provided after discussion of what said the piece would entail and needs to be provided before any Wip is sent.
Payment is made through PayPal Invoice only and pricing is in USD.
Failure to send payment without communication will result in the termination of the commission
Refunds
A full refund can be permitted if no work has been started and only if
A partial refund can be permitted if only a sketch has been produced
After that part of the process, a refund cannot be stated
Rights
As the original artist, I may ask to post said piece(s) as a promotion or as an example of my work
Once the commission itself is done, It's yours to keep but I do ask if you are going to use the piece publicly, I just ask that I be credited
Any commission done by me is for personal use only, unless previously communicated in which an additional fee will be added if said piece(s) is used for commercial use
Selling a character that I have made art for is absolutely okay, however, my art cannot be resold or used as an NFT
Deadlines
Deadlines are to be given a week in advance; I have a job and a life, so while some things may take a day or two, others may need a week.
If the deadline is short 1-3 days, I may ask for an additional rush fee
